What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion high design standards across multiple product teams and external partners. 
• Mentor junior designers and shape our design culture. 
• Craft and evolve user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect best-in-class UX. 
• Leverage research, testing, and design thinking methodologies to refine concepts early and often. 
• Ensure cohesion and consistency across our products by contributing to design systems and shared patterns. 
• Collaborate deeply with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. 

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

• A wealth of experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio showcasing elegant, device-agnostic solutions. 
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with tools like Miro, Zeplin, and modern prototyping software. 
• Deep understanding of human-centered design and how research informs product development. 
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing product strategy.
